Shipping policy

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $150 (Excludes bulky items)

*Shipping in Australia only*

We aim to ship your package within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following Monday. Once shipped, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. 
*Note: extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

When your order is fulfilled you will be sent an email containing your order information and tracking details. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Orders that include a 'PRE-ORDER' item will not be 'split-up' for shipping. The entire order will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Please refer to the product listing for an estimated shipping date.

We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you within specified time due to postal delays.
