Refund policy
EXCHANGE:
We want you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, My Little Package is happy to discuss these details further with you in regards to the exchange of an item or credit note.
Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if it is outside this time frame we cannot offer you an exchange. All items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached and we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.
To return your product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned so please choose carefully.
RETURNS:
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; My Little Package makes great effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty.
REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
